004 is an Goldeneye: Source multiplayer achievement. It is awarded by playing with any character and committing suicide with your own mines 25 times.

There have to be at least 2 players in the game for suicides to count towards the achievement.

This achievement is easier to get when you focus on it; though it can also be earned accidently.

• Any mines count towards the achievement.
• Try to locate mines on the map and kill yourself before an enemy kills you, alternatively try to take someone down with you.

• The achievement is named after a fictional 00 agent who is supposed to have died or have been severely injured by explosives on a mission in Beirut according to the Silo mission briefing in the game GoldenEye007 for the Nintendo 64.
• An agent with the number 004 appears in the film Thunderball.
• 004, an agent named Frederick Warder, appears in the film The Living Daylights and is killed on a training mission in Gibraltar by a KGB agent.
